RECIPE
Yellow Gin
1 glass gin
2-3 dashes orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Yellow Gin.
今日はイエロー・ジンを作ります。
I used beefeater gin.
今回はビーフィータージンを使いました。
Pour 1glass(60ml) of gin into a mixing glass with ice.
ジンを1グラス(60ml)、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 2dashes of orange bitters.
オレンジビターズを2ダッシュ。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
I found flavor of orange bitters,but very strong.
オレンジビターズの風味が感じられますが、とても強いです。
