RECIPE
Rum Julep
30 ml. white rum
30 ml. dark rum
2 tsp. sugar
30 ml. water
4 mint
Put sugar,mint,water into a glass and muddle. Add some crushed ice and pour white rum and dark rum,stir well.Garnish with mint.
今日はラム・ジュレップを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Rum Julep.
Put 2tsp of sugar into a collins glass,add 30ml of water.
砂糖を2tspコリンズグラスに入れ、水を30ml注ぎます。
Add 4 mint and muddle.
ミントの葉を4枚入れ、砂糖を溶かしながらよくつぶします。
Add some crushed ice.Pour 30ml of white rum.
クラッシュアイスを入れ、ホワイトラムを30ml。
Pour 30ml of dark rum.Stir well.Garnish with mint.
ダークラムを30ml。よく混ぜて、ミントを飾ります。
It’s good but it’s very strong..
ダークラムがいい風味ですが、相当強く感じるカクテルです。
