RECIPE
Golden Fizz
45 ml. dry gin
20 ml. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
club soda
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice and strain into a glass.Top with club soda.
Today’s cocktail is Golden Fizz.
今日はゴールデン・フィズを作ります。
Pour 45ml of dry gin into a shaker.
ドライジンを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of lemon juice,2tsp of sugar.
レモンジュースを20ml、砂糖を2tsp。
Pour 1 egg yolk.
卵黄を1個。
Shake well with ice and strain into a glass.Add some ice,top with club soda.
よくシェークして、グラスに注ぎます。氷をいれソーダで満たします。
It tastes like gin fizz..It’s good!
少しまろやかなジンフィズですね。美味しい。
