Kiss in the Dark
20 ml. dry gin
20 ml. dry vermouth
20 ml. cherry brandy
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Kiss in the Dark.
ドライジンを20ml、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of dry gin into a mixing glass with ice.
ドライベルモットを20ml。
Pour 20ml of dry vermouth.
チェリーブランデーを20ml。
Pour 20ml of cherry brandy.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ジンの風味とチェリーブランデーの甘みが合わさって濃厚です。
アルコールもなかなか強いですね。
