Phoebe Snow
30 ml. brandy
30 ml. dubonnet
1 dash absinthe
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Pour 30ml of brandy into a shaker.
ブランデーを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of dubonnet.
デュボネを30ml。
Pour 1 dash of absinthe.
アブサンを1ダッシュ。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It’s strong flavor,and good balance.
お酒感は結構ありますが、すっと飲めるようなアルコール度数に下がってます。ブランデーの風味とデュボネの甘さが合ってますね。
