Gin Fix
45 ml. dry gin
20 ml. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
crushed ice
lemon slice
Build all ingredients in a glass.put some crushed ice.Garnish with slice of lemon.
Today’s cocktail is Gin Fix.
今日はジン・フィックスを作ります。
Pour 45ml of dry gin into a glass.
ドライジンを45ml、グラスに注ぎます。
Pour 20ml of lemon juice.
レモンジュースを20ml。
Put 2tsp of powder sugar.Stir well.
パウダーシュガーを2tsp。よく溶かします。
Top with crushed ice.Garnish with lemon slice.
クラッシュアイスで満たします。スライスレモンとストローを飾れば完成です。
It’s strong and sour.You can use your favorite gin.
アルコールの強さと酸味を感じますね。ジンはお好みのもので作るといいでしょう。
