White Lady with Shine Muscat
2 shine muscat
30 ml. dry gin
15 ml. white curacao
15 ml. lemon juice
shine muscat
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with shine muscat.

今日はホワイトレディ・ウィズ・シャインマスカットを作ります。
Cut a shine muscat to half,put 4 pieces of shine muscat into a shaker.
2個のシャインマスカットを半分に切り、シェーカーに入れます。
Pour 30ml of dry gin.
ドライジンを30ml。
Pour 15ml of white curacao,15ml of lemon juice.
ホワイトキュラソーを15ml、レモンジュースを15ml。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with shine muscat.
シェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。シャインマスカットを飾れば完成です。

かすかに感じるシャインマスカットの風味が上品でした。
少し強めにシェークすると中のシャインマスカットが潰れました。
もっと軽めにシェークしてあげると中のシャインマスカットを取り出して食べられるのでオススメです。
