Whisky and Hojicha soda
30 ml. whisky
45 ml. hojicha
45 ml. club soda
Build all ingredients in a glass with ice.
Today’s cocktail is Whisky and Hojicha soda.
今日はウイスキーのほうじ茶ソーダ割りを作ります。
Brew hojicha and cool it.
ほうじ茶を淹れて冷やしておきます(5g,200ml,100℃,30秒)。
Pour 30ml of whisky into a glass with ice.
ウイスキーを30ml、氷を入れたグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 45ml of hojicha.
ほうじ茶を45ml。
Pour 45ml of club soda.
ソーダを45ml。
It’s good!
美味しいですが、ほうじ茶っぽさはあまりないですね。
