Mountain
45 ml. rye whiskey
10 ml. dry vermouth
10 ml. sweet vermouth
10 ml. lemon juice
1 egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Pour 45ml of rye whiskey into a shaker.
ライウイスキーを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of dry vermouth,10ml of sweet vermouth,10ml of lemon juice.
ドライベルモット、スイートベルモット、レモンジュースを各10ml。
Put 1 egg white.
卵白を1個分。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
よくシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
