RECIPE
New Orleans Buck
45 ml. light rum
30 ml. orange juice
15 ml. lemon juice
ginger ale
Shake all ingredients except ginger ale and strain into tumbler glass.Add some ice.Top with ginger ale.

Today’s cocktail is New Orleans Buck.
ライトラムを45ml、コリンズグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 45ml of light rum into a collins glass with ice.
オレンジジュースを30ml。レモンジュースを15ml。
Pour 30ml of orange juice,15ml of lemon juice.
シェークして、コリンズグラスに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into collins glass.
氷を入れ、ジンジャーエールで満たせば完成です。
Put some ice,top with ginger ale.
3種類のジンジャーエールで試してみましたが、ウィルキンソンドライ(茶色)が一番美味しかったです。
I like this with dry ginger ale(wilkinson dry).
