Gibson
50 ml. dry gin
10 ml. dry vermouth
pearl onion
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with pearl onion.

今日は、ギブソンを作ります。
Pour 50ml of dry gin into a mixing glass with ice.
ドライジンを50ml、氷を入れたミキシンググラスに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of dry vermouth.
ドライベルモットを10ml。
Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
ステアして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Garnish with pearl onion.
パールオニオンを沈めれば完成です。
