RECIPE
Georgia Mint Julep
40 ml. brandy
40 ml. apricot brandy
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. water
4 mint
slice lemon
mint
Put sugar,mint,water into a glass and muddle. Add some crushed ice and pour brandy,apricot brandy,stir well.Garnish with slice lemon and mint.
今日はジョージア・ミント・ジュレップを作ります。
Today’s cocktail is Georgia Mint Julep.
Put 2tsp of sugar into a glass.
砂糖を2tspゴブレットに入れます。
Pour 30ml of water.Add 4mint and muddle.
水を30ml注ぎます。ミントの葉を4枚いれ、砂糖を溶かしながらよくつぶします。
Add some crushed ice.Pour 40ml of brandy.
クラッシュアイスを入れ、ブランデーを40ml。
Pour 40ml of apricot brandy.Stir well.Garnish with mint.
アプリコットブランデーを40ml。よく混ぜて、ミントを飾ります。
I thought it’s too sweet at first,but it’s good!
はじめは甘すぎると感じましたが、しばらくすると美味しくなりました。そのまま口につけたほうが冷たさも感じられていいですね。
