Brandy Blazer
1 glass(60ml.) brandy
1 tsp. sugar
orange peel
lemon peel
Build all ingredients in a rock glass,stir,light brandy and strain into a cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Brandy Blazer.
今日はブランデー・ブレイザーを作ります。
Pour 1glass(60ml) of brandy into a rock glass.
ブランデーを1グラス（60ml）、ロックグラスに注ぎます。
Pour 1tsp of sugar.Drop an orange peel and a lemon peel.
砂糖を1tsp。オレンジピールとレモンピールを入れます。
Stir and light brandy.
ステアしてからブランデーに火をつけます。
Strain into a cocktail glass.
カクテルグラスに注げば完成です。
It’s very strong..
常温のカクテルでほぼブランデーなのでとにかく強いです。。
