RECIPE
Derby Fizz
45 ml. whisky
1 tsp. orange curacao
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
club soda
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice and strain into a glass.Top with club soda.
Today’s cocktail is Derby Fizz.
今日はダービー・フィズを作ります。
Pour 45ml of whisky into a shaker.
ウイスキーを45ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。今回はバーボン、I.W.ハーパーを使いました。
Pour 1tsp of orange curacao,1tsp of lemon juice,1tsp of sugar,1 egg.
オレンジキュラソーを1tsp、レモンジュースを1tsp、砂糖を1tsp、卵を1個。
Shake well with ice and strain into a glass.
よくシェークして、グラスに注ぎます。
Add some ice,top with club soda.
氷をいれ、ソーダで満たします。
It’s good.You may use your favorite whisky.
ソーダとレモンジュースが爽やかです。卵のほんのりとした甘さがいいですね。
