Shine Muscat Martini
5 shine muscat
60 ml. dry gin
2 tsp. sugar
Muddle shine muscat with sugar and shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Shine Muscat Martini.
今日はシャインマスカット・マティーニを作ります。
Put 5 shine muscat into pint glass.
シャインマスカットを5個、半分に切ってパイントグラスに入れます。
Put 2tsp of sugar and muddle.
砂糖を2tsp入れてペストルでつぶします。
Pour 60ml of dry gin,add some ice and shake well.
ドライジンを60ml注ぎ、氷をいれ、ボストンシェーカーでシェークします。
Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with shine muscat.
ダブルストレインをしてカクテルグラスに注ぎます。シャインマスカットを飾れば完成です。

シャインマスカットの甘みが強いので砂糖は1tspでもいいですね。
