Hot Rum -Sencha
30 ml. rum
180ml. sencha
Build all ingredients in a hot glass.
Today’s cocktail is Hot Rum -Sencha.
今日はホット・ラム（煎茶）を作ります。
This is sencha.
これが煎茶です。
Pour 30ml of rum into a hot glass.
ラムを30ml、耐熱グラスに注ぎます。
Brew sencha,5g of sencha,200ml of hot(90℃) water(30 seconds).
煎茶を淹れます。5gの煎茶を200ml、90℃のお湯で30秒浸出します。
Pour 180ml of sencha.
180mlの煎茶を注ぎます。
It smells like vanilla,and taste astringent,so it is not well balanced.
バニラっぽい甘い香りとお茶の渋味が合わない気がしますね。。
