Latte Shakerato
50 ml. espresso
50 ml. milk
10 g. sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Today’s cocktail is Latte Shakerato.
今日は、ラテ・シェケラートを作ります。
Put 10g of sugar into a cup.
グラニュー糖を10g、カップに注ぎます。
Brew double espresso.
そのカップにエスプレッソをダブルで抽出。
Pour 50ml of milk into a shaker.
牛乳を50ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour espresso and sugar into a shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
カップに入れたエスプレッソと砂糖を良く溶かし、シェーカーに全て注ぎます。
氷を入れてシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。
It’s light taste.
牛乳でエスプレッソがのばされて、結構さっぱりしている味ですね。
