Broadway Thirst
30 ml. tequila
15 ml. orange juice
15 ml. lemon juice
1 tsp. powder sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Today’s cocktail is Broadway Thirst.
ベースはテキーラ。マリアッチを30mlシェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 30ml of mariachi tequila into a shaker.
オレンジジュースを15ml。
Pour 15ml of orange juice.
レモンジュースを15ml。
砂糖を1tsp入れます。
Pour 15ml of lemon juice,put 1tsp of powder sugar into a shaker.
シェークして、カクテルグラスに注ぎます。
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
レモンの酸味とテキーラが合いますね。さっぱりして美味しいです。
