RECIPE
Bronx Silver
30 ml. dry gin
10 ml. dry vermouth
10 ml. sweet vermouth
10 ml. orange juice
1 egg white
slice pineapple
Shake all ingredients except pineapple with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with slice pineapple.

今日はブロンクス・シルバーを作ります。
Pour 30ml of dry gin into a shaker.
ドライジンを30ml、シェーカーに注ぎます。
Pour 10ml of dry vermouth,10ml of sweet vermouth,10ml of orange juice.
ドライベルモット、スイートベルモット、オレンジジュースを各10ml。
Pour 1 egg white.
卵白を1個分。
Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.Garnish with slice pineapple.
よくシェークして、冷やしたカクテルグラスに注ぎます。スライスパイナップルを飾れば完成です。
