RECIPE
Mojito
45 ml. rum
1/2 lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
4 mint leaves
club soda
In a collins glass,muddle lime juice with 1tsp sugar.Add mint leaves,mushing them against the side of the glass.Fill glass with crashed ice and pour into the rum.Top with club soda.
家の庭に植えたミントがいい感じに成長してきました。
Today’s cocktail is Mojito.
ちょっと横を見ると、随分増えてる・・・
バカルディとミントで、今回はモヒートを作りましょう。
まずグラスにライムを入れます。
I used the mint in my garden.
ミントとパウダーシュガーを入れます。そしてしっかりとつぶし、クラッシュアイスを入れます。
In a collins glass,muddle lime with 1tsp sugar.
Add mint leaves,mushing then against the side of the glass.
Fill glass with crashed ice.
ラムを注ぎよーく混ぜます。
氷を足してちょっとソーダを加えて出来上がり！
Pour 45ml of rum and mixed well.
うぉー、おいしそうだ。
Top with club soda.
ちょっと酸っぱすぎた。。。ライムを減らしてシュガーを増やしていいバランスを探そう。
